At HED Cycling, we are committed to providing the highest quality performance wheels and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack your items in their original HED packaging, ensuring that wheels are properly padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned gear for integrity, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
